Dimi’s Accessories is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, could not be contacted, or provided incorrect delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply if the order is shipped again.
