At Dimi’s Accessories, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange conditions before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, belly rings, and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, perfume, cosmetics, or improper handling cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return or exchange delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the appropriate available refund method. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method or payment provider.
